Hard workers who know their trade. They kept their workplace ( the garden, drive way and extension) clean and tidy There were no issues working together with the architect on this project with HSE specifications. He thought with us for improvements that could be made. Everything that was promised was delivered and quicker then promised. Very little to no inconvenience was caused. The county council inspector praised the job being excellent. I received the HSE grant.

He turned up promptly at the agreed time, and gave a reasonable quote for the Job, The work was carried out fast and efficiently. Excellent builder! Reasonable price and superb workmanship. Started on the date agreed and finished within the time agreed. On site every morning, they got stuck in and got the job done. We had a burst pipe in the attic one night which brought down two ceilings. The lads took it in their stride, fixed the problem and did the repairs without delaying the main build. Nothing was a problem to them. I would definitely use Derek again if the need arose and would recommend his work to any client.
I had Derek in to repair the roof of our house, but I found him to be a man of many skills who completed lots of jobs around the house, from cleaning the gutters to rearranging our kitchen to fit and install a dishwasher. He and his team arrived when he said they would, did a great job, cleaned up everything afterwards and were competitively priced – so what more could you ask for?! I would have no hesitation of recommending him or using him again.
